pk50 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and third-party infrastructure issues may affect platform availability. pk50 shall not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk50's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
